Your "Contact Us" page will automatically be linked to the email address associated to your account. When guests contact you through this tool you should receive an email to the address linked to your account.
If you do not, please check your spam folder and please also check your WeddingWire email settings by following the steps below.
- Log in to your account
- Hover over your name at the top right corner of the page
- Select 'My Settings'
- Click 'Account Users'
- Click 'Manage' to the right of your name
- Verify your email settings and notification options
- Click 'Update Information' when finished
