Any guests whose email addresses you have saved under Guest settings you can easily email using your WeddingWire account.
To add an email address to a guest within your Guest List:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account
- Hover over 'Planning Tools' and select 'Guest List'
- Click a specific event tab (i.e. Ceremony)
- Click the name of the guest
- In the pop up box for that guest, enter their Email address
- Click 'Save & Close'
To send out emails please follow the directions below:
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Hover over 'Planning Tools' and select 'Wedding Website'
- Click 'Share via Email'
- To email guest whose email addresses you have saved in your Guest List, click 'Select from Guest List' under the To
- Within "Select Guests'' box, check all guests you want to email and then click 'Done'
- Otherwise if the individuals email address is not saved in your account, you can type in their email address manually in the "To" field.
- Note: There can only be a max of 4,000 characters in the 'To:' field
- Type Subject and Message
- Choose if you want to include your website link or not
- Click 'Send Email'
